Buyer seeks a contractor to provide regular and routine landscape maintenance services at various City-owned sites. Services include maintaining outdoor plazas, hardscape features, pressure washing, removal of litter, and maintenance of landscaped areas. The contractor must follow Bay-Friendly and Integrated Pest Management practices. Work locations include Warm Springs Parcels, Downtown Event Center, plazas, senior center, and various administrative facilities.

• Registration with California Department of Industrial Relations
• Bay-Friendly Qualified Landscape Maintenance Professional certification (within 6 months)
• Ability to provide at least 5 full-time employees
• Pest Control Advisor license for chemical applications
• Ability to comply with city's insurance requirements

• Weekly landscape maintenance services at various city-owned sites
• Monthly hardscape pressure washing services
• Maintaining urban plazas with landscaping and paving
• Litter removal and trash receptacle emptying 5 times weekly
• Managing Bay-Friendly and Integrated Pest Management program
• Monitoring and repairing irrigation systems
• Quarterly detailed site inspection reports
• Mowing and trimming turf areas to 2.5-3 inches
• Maintaining trees in planters with tree grates
• Managing storm water treatment planters
