Buyer seeks professional development services to support their strategic plan focusing on data utilization and student achievement. The services will be provided to four schools serving approximately 1,200 students with specific needs for TSI schools. Buyer requires coaching/modeling professional development for students, teachers, and administrators to improve instructional effectiveness. Services include curriculum mapping, data analysis, remediation, and specialized support for STEAM, Special Education, and English Learners.

• Minimum three years experience in educational consulting
• Evidence of previous work with high performing districts
• Demonstrated growth in districts where services performed
• Must be registered through sam.gov
• Must comply with applicable licensing requirements

• Provide teacher and effectiveness coaching sessions
• Create curriculum mapping for K-12 programs
• Coach teachers on STEAM and Special Education approaches
• Prepare students for ACT and Subject Area Assessments
• Implement research-based instructional strategies
• Develop ELA, Math, Science and SPED remediation programs
• Train staff on analyzing student performance data
• Deliver tutorial services for struggling students
• Implement Multi-Tiered Systems of Support
• Provide English Learner services
