Buyer is seeking a qualified firm to provide external auditing services. The services include performing audits of financial statements for fiscal years 2025-2027, conducting Single Audits, and providing various related accounting services. The contract has an initial term of three years with two optional one-year extensions. Buyer requires the auditor to follow standards issued by the Comptroller General of the United States and prepare submissions for the Government Finance Officers Association Certificate program.

• Audit financial statements for fiscal years 2025-2027
• Provide written Report to Governance summarizing audit results
• Conduct Single Audit in accordance with federal regulations
• Prepare management letter with recommendations for operational improvements
• Provide accounting and auditing advice
• Conduct Federal Funding Allocation Statistics procedures for NTD reporting
• Review General Manager Contract for accuracy
• Provide publications and seminars on current accounting issues
• Express opinions in accordance with GAAS standards
• Submit reports for Government Finance Officers Association Certificate program
