Buyer seeks qualified real estate brokerage firms to provide services for property sales. Buyer manages approximately 70,000 parcels of property in Detroit and operates several programs including Auction, Own It Now, and Rehabbed & Ready programs. Services include property valuation, marketing, and brokerage for various types of real estate including vacant land, residential, and commercial properties. The contract term is two years with a one-year renewal option.

• 5/5/2025 - Respondent Interviews

• Minimum of 5 years of experience providing similar services
• Provide and maintain quality control system for professional standards
• Protect DLBA data from improper exposure or access
• Valid City of Detroit Treasury Clearance
• Proper licensure and certification for real estate services

• Provide written Broker's Price Opinions (BPOs) of properties
• List and market properties on MLS and online platforms
• Create and distribute marketing materials with detailed property descriptions
• Coordinate property access for potential purchasers
• Perform regular site visits to assess property conditions
• Advise on price negotiations for property sales
• Coordinate real estate closings as requested
• Educate prospective purchasers about sale terms and program requirements
• Document and respond to all property listing inquiries
• Host open houses and arrange property walk-throughs
