Buyer is seeking input from Design-Build Entities regarding the San Diego County Psychiatric Hospital (SDCPH) Conversion Project. The project involves a 61,000 SF renovation and 11,600 SF addition to the existing SDCPH building with MEP, security, and controls systems upgrades. Buyer is considering using the Progressive Design-Build delivery method with an estimated budget of $97 million. The facility must remain operational as an OSHPD 5 acute facility throughout the development process.
