- Ability to utilize City's assignment process
- Apply different rates for different details
- Report detail activity within one business day of payroll period close
- Coordinate with outside agency officers working City details
- Maintain at least two operation centers on separate power grids
- Provide detail reports to customers/utility crew foremen
- Process utility vouchers for the Police Department
- Split details between officers to comply with work hour limits
- Have at least 5 references with 1+ year full program administration
- Manage off-duty police detail requests and scheduling process
- Process payroll for officers working details regardless of payment collection status
- Provide online customer portal for detail requests and invoicing
- Implement integrated on-duty scheduling software with real-time synchronization
- Prevent scheduling conflicts between on-duty and off-duty assignments
- Provide 24/7 customer support for detail requests
- Generate management reports on hours worked by location, customer, and officer
- Conduct on-site training for officers on scheduling system usage
- Finance float and accept all bad debt risks
- Ensure compliance with department policies for detail assignments
