• 10 years experience performing similar services within last 15 years
• 5 years experience working with CA State Agency or state with 5M+ population
• Graduate degree in economics, finance, or public policy
• 10 years experience in professional economic consulting and forecasting
• 10 years experience in regional economic analysis focusing on California

• Provide monthly economic forecasting services
• Monitor state, federal, and global economic conditions
• Analyze California economic trends and key indicators
• Assess impact of policies on economy
• Develop short and long-term economic forecasts
• Manage and monitor State cash flows
• Refine previously developed forecasting models
• Project future cash flows in General Fund
• Offer insights across major areas like technology and agriculture
• Recommend actionable policy considerations for managing revenues
