• Follow state and federal regulations regarding data confidentiality
• Abide by the BIT Information Technology Security Policy
• Report Policy violations to State Contact and BIT Help Desk
• Maintain access privileges to state technology infrastructure appropriately
• Ensure all contractor employees comply with security policies
• Discuss any Policy violations with state contact
• Acknowledge privilege termination upon contract completion
• Secure non-public State of South Dakota technology infrastructure
• Prevent unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, deletion of information
