Buyer seeks a comprehensive Computer Assisted Mass Appraisal software system for the Department of Real Estate Assessments. • Must comply with all requirements in Attachment A: Functionality Table
• Must have provided proposed CAMA solution to three local governments for minimum two assessment cycles

• Provide CAMA software supporting cost, income, and sales comparison valuation approaches
• Migrate all existing property records and historical data
• Configure system to meet County requirements
• Develop and execute data conversion plan
• Integrate with GIS and other County systems
• Provide comprehensive implementation services
• Develop and deliver training program
• Create interfaces with external systems
• Conduct system testing and validation
• Provide ongoing maintenance and technical support
