  • Provide list of participating Partners with insertion orders
  • Include only Florida images with photo credits
  • Brand all program materials as VISIT FLORIDA
  • Align with at least one VISIT FLORIDA advertising strategy
  • Target specific audience segments like families or winter sun seekers
  • Focus primarily on Domestic U.S. market, especially East of Mississippi
  • Exclude real estate, timeshares, and competitive destinations from ads
  • Become a Business to Business Partner by June 30, 2025
  • Submit program overview including target audience and markets
  • Provide digital components as added-value with print opportunities
  • Maintain proposed rates through June 30, 2026
