The project involves developing a grocery store-anchored commercial building as part of a larger redevelopment. The consultant will prepare marketing materials, develop financial models, identify investors and lenders, manage the NMTC transaction through closing, and provide post-closing compliance guidance. The site is located within the target neighborhood for the buyer's Choice Neighborhoods Implementation grant.
