Services include managing new classroom facilities and modernization projects such as facility upgrades, kitchen expansions, and technology enhancements. Buyer requires expertise in various project delivery methods including Construction Management at Risk, Agency CM, Design-Bid-Build, and Lease-Leaseback approaches.

• Experience providing construction management for K-12 public schools
• Proper licensing and registration to do business in California
• Knowledge of California Department of Education codes and statutes
• Financial strength appropriate to project scale
• No bidding or performing work for any project bidder

• Provide preconstruction services including scheduling and design review
• Develop construction management plan and master project schedule
• Conduct constructability reviews at 50% and 90% document completion
• Perform value engineering to maintain project budget
• Coordinate DSA compliance throughout project
• Develop and implement bidding procedures for contractors
• Conduct pre-bid conferences to explain project requirements
• Manage construction contracts and review contractor submittals
• Coordinate construction inspections and testing
• Process contractor requests for information and change orders
