The project involves redesigning 10,278 square feet of interior space to accommodate approximately 5 County Departments and 11 employee offices. The design must include a multipurpose Courtroom for Commissioners Court and Justice of the Peace, as well as additional meeting spaces and restrooms.

• Licensed to practice architecture or engineering within Texas
• Substantial experience redesigning local government facilities in Texas
• Familiarity with applicable laws, codes and regulations
• Experience with Construction Manager-at-Risk construction method

• Provide programming to determine building size and features
• Design renovation for 10,278 square feet of interior space
• Create multipurpose Courtroom for Commissioners Court and Justice of Peace
• Accommodate approximately 5 County Departments and 11 employee offices
• Design additional meeting/conference rooms and restrooms
• Collaborate with Construction Manager at Risk if chosen
• Provide contract administration services during construction
• Assist in selection of construction method (CMAR or Design-Build)
• Work within County's established construction budget
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws, codes, and regulations
