Buyer seeks qualified community-based organizations and educational consultants to assist with energy education and community outreach and engagement. The goal is to leverage organizational strengths to create effective education campaigns, inclusive decision-making processes, and equitable outcomes. Buyer intends to award multiple master agreements for approximately three years with option to extend up to two additional years. Selected organizations will develop and implement educational campaigns related to electric vehicles, home electrification, and electric lawn equipment.

• Authorized to conduct business in California
• Ability to provide requested energy education and outreach services
• Experience working with underrepresented communities
• Knowledge of environmental, climate, and clean energy concepts

• Design outreach and education objectives for clean energy programs
• Organize and host energy education events, both virtual and in-person
• Develop multilingual marketing materials for distribution through multiple channels
• Facilitate workshops and focus groups to gather community feedback
• Organize EV and e-mobility expos and test drive events
• Plan and execute induction cooking classes and home electrification events
• Organize hands-on electric lawn equipment training sessions
• Provide translation, interpretation, and cultural competence assistance
• Contact local gardeners and equipment dealers for electric lawn equipment programs
• Implement community engagement activities in environmental justice communities
