• Manage election polling consultant and conduct two voter surveys

• Attend all meetings including council and community engagement sessions
• Develop master project schedule and ensure coordination across working groups
• Design hybrid online and phone surveys with pretesting
• Present survey data results and strategic recommendations to staff and council
• Guide the city through educational campaign across multiple platforms
