Buyer is seeking professional engineering services for on-call civil improvement plan check services. Services include reviewing development improvement plans involving street improvements, striping, sewer, water, storm drainage, grading, street lighting layouts, and general engineering tasks. The contract term will be two years. The consultant must provide timely reviews with initial checks completed within 30 business days and subsequent checks within 15 business days.

- Review civil improvement plans for street, sewer, water, and storm drainage systems
- Review grading plans (rough and fine)
- Review erosion and sediment control plans
- Review compliance with FEMA floodplain regulations
- Review geotechnical, hydrology, and stormwater compliance reports
- Review traffic signal, utility, and joint trench plans
- Verify conformance with Final Maps and associated conditions
- Review for code-compliant fire department access and water supply
- Verify compliance with Storm Drain Master Plan requirements
- Provide electronic plan review comments, revisions, and approvals
