- Perform financial audit according to GAAP and GASB standards
- Conduct State compliance audit following GAGAS requirements
- Complete single audit per federal requirements if needed
- Prepare UERS reports mandated by Arizona statutes
- Attest to Federal Transit Agency Section 9 reporting
- Verify Highway User Revenue funds are properly used
- Conduct triennial financial audit of City Court in FY 2027
- Complete audit within 100 days of fiscal year close
- Provide ACFR templates and print final report
- Issue auditor's opinion on financial statements and supplementary information
