Buyer seeks a consulting firm to conduct a Phase 2 Environmental Site Assessment for a 93-acre former particle board factory site in Monroeville, Alabama. The assessment must address all Recognized Environmental Concerns identified in the Phase 1 ESA. The contractor will perform soil and groundwater testing, focusing on approximately 36 acres around the facility. The contract will be effective for two years upon the Governor's signature.

- Conduct Phase 2 ESA following Alabama Environmental Investigation Guidance
- Address all Recognized Environmental Concerns from Phase 1 ESA
- Submit Site-Specific Quality Assurance Project Plan (SSQAPP)
- Perform on-site drilling and sampling of soil and groundwater
- Analyze samples for VOCs, SVOCs, and RCRA metals
- Collect at least 100 incremental surficial soil samples
- Install minimum of 7 groundwater wells
- Evaluate surface water and sediment sampling
- Manage investigative derived waste properly
- Submit detailed report following Brownfield Redevelopment guidelines
