Services include researching grant opportunities, developing proposals, providing post-award services, and conducting various research projects. The contract will replace the current contract upon its expiration and will serve members across the United States through a cooperative purchasing agreement.

• Minimum of five years experience providing grant consulting services

• Analyze funding needs and identify priority areas
• Research grant opportunities aligned with member goals
• Develop comprehensive grant applications and proposals
• Review and critique member-created grant applications
• Provide post-award grant administration and compliance monitoring
• Deliver customized grant-focused training programs
• Generate grant forecasting and status reports
• Conduct program effectiveness and impact studies
• Provide demographic studies for funding planning
• Design and analyze surveys for research purposes
