Buyer is seeking a consultant to assist with affordable housing research, analysis, and engagement. The project requires data analysis to identify housing needs, evaluation of potential development sites, and stakeholder engagement to build community support. The work will support the town's Affordable Housing Plan in identifying appropriate housing types, locations, and development pathways.

• Assist with grant writing for development funding
• Create pathway for developer proposals to establish project estimates
• Conduct public survey to assess attitudes toward housing
• Facilitate workshop series for stakeholder engagement
• Develop visual and scale preference studies for community feedback
