Buyer seeks qualified providers to deliver IDEA B State Level Activity Services for New Mexico school districts. Services include technical assistance, personnel preparation, professional development, and positive behavioral interventions and supports implementation. The provider will work with Local Education Agencies (LEAs) to improve compliance with federal special education regulations and enhance educational outcomes for students with disabilities. Providers must demonstrate expertise in IDEA Part B requirements and capacity to deliver services across selected geographic regions.

  • Deliver professional development tailored to LEA needs focusing on compliance
  • Provide support for IDEA Data Center (IDC) indicators implementation
  • Implement positive behavioral interventions and supports (PBIS) for students with disabilities
  • Conduct technical assistance for LEAs found non-compliant via monitoring reviews
  • Deliver personnel preparation programs including workshops and certification courses
  • Develop capacity building strategies to improve academic outcomes for children with disabilities
