Idaho Department of Health and Welfare

The buyer seeks to develop and implement a website where the Department can input requests on behalf of individuals and families for needed items/services, and registered faith-based communities and charitable organizations can respond. The contractor must provide the website and community outreach services to register and promote it. Services will initially be provided in Ada and Canyon counties, with the intent to expand statewide in subsequent years.

• 4/25/2025 - Proposal Due Date
• 5/19/2025 - Demonstrations
• 7/1/2025 - Initial Contract Term Start
• 6/30/2026 - Initial Contract Term End

• Develop and implement website for Department to input requests and organizations to respond
• Provide customer service via phone/chat during business hours
• Host website on contractor's servers or cloud-based
• Allow up to 200 registered Department originators to input requests
• Host up to 1,000 active requests
• Allow up to 1,000 community partners to register as responders
• Develop marketing materials with Department approval
• Recruit community partners in Ada and Canyon counties
• Provide 80 hours of recruitment services per county in first month
• Provide 10 hours of recruitment services per week per county thereafter
