The buyer seeks providers for a Universal Prekindergarten Program for 4-year-old residents. The program will run 8:30am-2:15pm, 5 days a week, for at least 180 days per year. It must align with K-12 and State Learning Standards, provide early literacy instruction, and ensure active parent engagement. The curriculum should promote social, cognitive, linguistic, and physical development. Providers must have qualified staff and the capacity to serve children with disabilities and limited English proficiency.

• NYS Teaching Certificate valid for early childhood or students with disabilities
• Capacity to provide developmentally appropriate programs
• Ability to meet NYSED and Hartford Central School District programmatic regulations/standards
• Experience serving children with disabilities and limited English proficiency

• Provide Universal PreK program for 4-year-olds
• Implement curriculum aligned with K-12 and State Learning Standards
