• Conduct market research and analysis
• Create and implement digital advertising campaigns
• Design and produce social media content
• Manage media buying and placement
• Track performance metrics and recommend strategy adjustments
• Develop specific vanpool promotion materials
• Create video content for program promotion
• Design graphic materials for various media channels
• Implement transportation demand management behavior change strategies
• Coordinate with GWRideConnect staff through monthly meetings
• Target marketing to specific commuter demographics
• Develop innovative approaches to increase program awareness
• Support promotion at community events and fairs
• Submit detailed monthly reports on advertising activities
• Increase number of applications for commuter assistance
• Promote alternatives to single-occupant vehicle travel
• Develop radio advertising content

• Transfer all work product files to GWRC upon completion
