Buyer is seeking qualified firms to provide on-call construction management (CM) and construction inspection (CI) services for various projects administered by the Division of Regional Conveyance. The work will be performed on components of the ALCOSAN Regional Conveyance system including interceptors, trunk sewers, manholes, regulator structures, outfalls, pumping facilities and force mains. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis for inspection, assessment, maintenance, and improvement projects. Buyer aims to establish a pool of qualified firms to support ongoing and future conveying system projects.

• Provide construction management as Owner's representative during construction
• Conduct construction inspection to verify adherence to contract documents
• Monitor construction schedules including milestones and critical path
• Maintain project records using ALCOSAN forms and Trimble Unity Construct
• Manage submittal and RFI processes for timely responses
• Assist with research and documentation for claims and disputes
• Schedule and lead progress meetings with agenda and minutes
• Verify contractor payment applications based on schedule of values
• Coordinate and process change order requests for ALCOSAN approval
• Verify contractor maintains redline drawings and reconcile differences
• Assist with preliminary and final inspections for project completion
• Coordinate construction closeout including as-builts, warranties, and final payment
• Provide specialized services like environmental due diligence and constructability reviews
• Support sewer infrastructure inspection, assessment, and maintenance activities
• Oversee pumping facility improvements including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
