- Experience collecting data with/in similar government agencies
- Experience working on data integration from third parties
- Experience in data collection, analysis, submission, and reporting
- Develop data portal syncing with PowerSchool student information system
- Create Individual English Language Plans (I-ELPs) with accommodations
- Build tools for student progress tracking over time
- Provide two-way communication system between schools/districts and families
- Develop instructional resources tailored to EL student needs
- Enable documentation of EL committee meetings
- Implement tracking of forms and teacher communications
- Extract student demographic information from multiple systems
- Deliver professional development to school districts' educators
- Create alignment with WIDA's K-12 Can Do Descriptors
