Buyer is seeking civil engineering services for two housing development sites. The Cedar Creek Site consists of 17.50 acres for five units with utility connections and road construction. The Turkey Creek Site will have four units with a 1,050-foot off-site road. Buyer requires comprehensive civil engineering services including construction plans, utilities design, grading, drainage plans, and SWPPP development. Services also include construction oversight and project management assistance.

- Certified firm or individual licensed to conduct Civil Engineering Services in Arizona
- Experience with similar housing development projects
- Prepare final, project-ready construction plans for two separate site locations
- Design grading and drainage plans for both Cedar Creek and Turkey Creek sites
- Develop wet/dry utilities and piping plans for nine housing units
- Prepare Storm Water Pollution Prevention Plan (SWPPP) complying with EPA regulations
- Create comprehensive site layout with building pad elevations and utility layouts
- Coordinate with Indian Health Service Engineers for 12" water main routing
- Design off-site and on-site roads including new 1,050-foot road
- Prepare construction staking for building pads and property corners
- Conduct value engineering to identify cost savings opportunities
- Perform eight on-site construction visits including final walk-through
- Assist in bidding process and preparation of contract documents
- Respond to RFIs and review submittals during construction phase
- Calculate earthwork quantities and design erosion control measures
- Prepare Notice-of-Intent and Notice of Termination for EPA compliance
- Design water and sewer lines with capacity calculations/computations
- Design civil details for curbing, gutters, sidewalks, and paving
- Prepare engineering reports and maps for erosion control plans
- Set up monitoring program for environmental compliance
- Provide guidance on site layout for optimal design and cost efficiency
- Create detailed drawings for connections to existing infrastructure
