Buyer seeks a consultant to conduct a nexus study documenting the impacts of non-residential development on housing costs and supply in Lexington. The study will determine appropriate housing contribution amounts for commercial construction over 30,000 square feet. Consultant must analyze the relationship between employment growth and housing demand, and recommend a per-square-foot Housing Contribution for various non-residential development types. The final report must be delivered by October 10, 2025.
