Buyer seeks a contractor to develop online training modules supporting provider (re)assessors and direct service workers in the Home and Community-Based Services Program. The training modules must ensure an interactive approach to help users understand HCBS programs and processes. The contractor will develop 15-20 modules for provider (re)assessors and 10-50 modules for direct service workers that comply with state and federal accessibility laws.

- Two years of experience developing interactive learning modules
- One year of experience developing modules in accordance with federal/state guidelines
- One year of experience developing trainings in healthcare or home care industry (preferred)
- Develop 15-20 online training modules for provider (re)assessors
- Create 10-50 online training modules for direct service workers
- Incorporate interactive features requiring learner engagement throughout modules
- Ensure content complies with State and Federal accessibility laws
- Develop project plans for both training programs
- Create modules compatible with Relias learning management system
- Submit monthly progress reports on module development
- Provide maintenance to online learning modules as needed
- Conduct analysis, design, creation, review and finalization of modules
- Meet with state agency to discuss project goals and needs
