Buyer is soliciting Statements of Qualifications from consulting firms to provide on-call Professional Technical/Specialized Services for the Pure Water Soquel project. The project is a groundwater replenishment and seawater intrusion prevention initiative using advanced water purification technology for indirect potable reuse. Services will be provided on an as-needed basis and authorized through individual task orders over a three-year period with potential extensions.
