Buyer seeks qualified consultants to provide Professional Engineering Services on an as-needed basis for non-federally funded capital projects. Services required include stormwater permitting, sewer system analysis, pump station design, development regulation, plan review, and design guidelines. Work may include plans, specifications, estimates, and reports. The initial contract term is two years with option to extend for two additional one-year terms.

• Must be an approved consultant on the Municipal Research and Services Center MRSC Roster

• Rewrite/update County Road Standards
• Assist with County Code revision related to Road Standards
• Provide Development Plan Review with focus on stormwater infrastructure
• Design stormwater conveyance, treatment, and detention systems
• Inspect stormwater and sewage lift stations
• Develop comprehensive lift station maintenance program
• Design replacement lift station facilities
• Conduct Sewer System Renewal and Replacement Analysis
• Provide expertise in Development Regulation, Codes, and Zoning
• Create Design Guidelines for county projects
