Custom Bus Wrap

Orange County Community College

Buyer seeks a responsive and responsible firm to print and install a vinyl wrap on the SUNY Orange Shuttle Bus. The bus will be a white school bus requiring a full wrap using college colors of blue and orange. The wrapped bus must be ready to transport students by mid-August 2025. The wrap material must be durable, sustain extreme temperature changes, daily washing, and weather conditions.

• 5/5/2025 - Possible Consultant Interviews
• 5/26/2025 - Anticipated Notification of Proposed Award

• Design vinyl wrap for college shuttle bus
• Print bus wrap using 3M or approved equal material
• Install full wrap on white school bus
• Maintain compliance with NY Department of Transportation requirements
• Ensure wrap doesn't inhibit emergency exit operation
• Include required bus operator legal name on both sides
• Display asset number on all sides of bus
• Display USDOT number on both sides
• Include passenger capacity posting near entrance door
• Provide at least three-year warranty on materials and installation
