The contract covers 63 HIPS/SIPS Pro licenses, 40 BASE Editor licenses, and 7 BASE Manager licenses through an Enterprise Licensing Agreement.

• Ensure software correctly processes hydrographic data per NOAA HSSD
• Provide dedicated CARIS-NOAA liaison during business hours EST
• Supply software updates via CARIS Online Customer Services Website
• Track service requests through Online Teledyne CARIS HelpDesk
• Ensure software meets government configuration baselines
• Provide documentation on security capabilities and design processes
• Comply with OMB M-07-18 and NIST security configurations
• Support maritime navigation data processing needs
• Enable hydrographic survey data processing workflows
• Allow applications to run without elevated system privileges
• Support NOAA survey fleet and response vessels
• Maintain software compatibility across multiple NOAA offices
