Buyer seeks qualified architectural firms to provide comprehensive design services for various projects in Ocean County. The scope includes full architectural design services along with specialized engineering disciplines. The selected vendor must provide or retain sub-consultants for technical assistance in multiple areas including mechanical, electrical, structural, and site design. Buyer will evaluate proposals based on qualifications, experience, understanding of scope, and completeness of submission.
