Buyer is seeking qualified professionals to provide surveyor and civil engineering services for projects under its Measure U Bond Program. The services will be performed at multiple school locations including Tahoe Valley ES, South Tahoe MS, Al Tahoe Education Center, Bijou Community School, Sierra House ES, Meyers ES, South Tahoe HS, District Office and MOT Facility. Buyer requires respondents to submit both physical and electronic copies of their proposals.

• Provide professional surveying services across multiple school sites
• Perform civil engineering for Measure U Bond Program projects
• Conduct site assessments at nine different school facilities
• Create topographic surveys for construction planning
• Design site drainage and stormwater management systems
• Develop utility infrastructure plans for school facilities
• Coordinate with district staff and other consultants
• Prepare engineering documents for project approvals
• Calculate earthwork quantities and grading plans
• Assist with regulatory compliance and permitting
