  • Develop comprehensive travel demand model with future growth scenarios
  • Create future roadway maps and Level of Service analyses for 2040/2055
  • Analyze intersection capacity at five critical locations
  • Develop traffic calming toolbox with implementation guidelines
  • Prepare active transportation plan integrating bicycle and pedestrian facilities
  • Create traffic impact study guidelines for new developments
  • Establish access management standards for each functional road classification
  • Facilitate public open house and stakeholder engagement
  • Prioritize transportation projects into short, medium, and long-range phases
  • Develop planning-level cost estimates for all proposed transportation improvements
  • Coordinate with neighboring jurisdictions on transportation networks
  • Conduct peak hour turning movement counts including pedestrian/bicycle movements
  • Review crash history and recommend safety improvements
  • Create updated roadway typical sections and cross-sections
  • Develop GIS mapping with compatible ESRI formats
  • Identify funding sources for recommended transportation projects
  • Research applicable components of CMPO and UDOT regional plans
  • Review Safe Streets for All program findings for crash hot spots
  • Analyze existing non-motorized transportation facilities and planned connections
  • Recommend code language for subdivision connectivity requirements
