Buyer seeks a qualified Certified Public Accountant to conduct annual audits of financial transactions and accounts for fiscal years 2024-2025 through 2028-2029. Services include completing the Uniform System of Financial Records Compliance Questionnaire and providing a separate audit report for the Employee Benefit Trust. The audit must comply with Title 2 U.S. Code of Federal Regulations Part 200 (Uniform Guidance). Buyer serves approximately 15,500 students across nine comprehensive high schools, one online high school, and two alternative programs.

• 5/7/2025 - Final Approval by the Governing Board

• Auditors must be properly licensed CPAs or working for licensed CPA firm
• Audit firm must meet independence requirements of GAS
• No record of substandard audit work for last 5 years
• External quality control review performed at least every 3 years
• Meet continuing education requirements of GAS (80 hours every 2 years)

• Conduct annual financial audit for district operations
• Complete Uniform System of Financial Records Compliance Questionnaire
• Provide separate audit report for Employee Benefit Trust
• Assess compliance with federal award requirements (Uniform Guidance)
• Examine financial transactions and accounts kept by District
