Buyer is seeking permit expediting services. The contract includes positions for Permit Expeditor and Project Manager roles. The contract structure includes a base year with four option years. Services will be billed at fully loaded fixed hourly rates.

• 4/24/2025 - Proposal Due Date

• Expedite permit applications through city departments
• Coordinate with regulatory agencies for permit approvals
• Track permit status and resolve issues
• Manage permit application documentation
• Serve as liaison between client and permitting authorities
• Provide project management for permit processes
• Conduct pre-application meetings with regulatory officials
• Research permit requirements for specific projects
• Prepare and submit permit applications
• Monitor permit expiration dates and manage renewals
