Buyer is requesting proposals from qualified consulting firms for professional Construction Management and Inspection services for the Marion Franklin Pool Replacement Project. The project involves replacing the swimming pool with a new multi-feature pool and dive well, renovating the existing bathhouse, and constructing a new water treatment building. Services shall include construction management, inspection, testing, and ensuring compliance with contract documents prepared by OHM Advisors.

• Consultants must possess all necessary professional licensure and certifications
• Consultant and staff must be licensed Architects and/or Engineers
• Experience successfully completing services similar to those specified

• Review and manage contractor's project schedule and construction activities
• Provide administrative and management services during construction
• Schedule and conduct regular progress meetings
• Monitor construction costs and prepare cash flow reports
• Review and process applications for payment
• Inspect work to ensure compliance with contract documents
• Coordinate submittal review process with design professional
• Maintain construction records and daily logs
• Coordinate testing and final inspections
• Verify completion of work and assist with project closeout
