Buyer seeks qualified engineering consultants for multiple utility infrastructure projects. The RFQ includes services for electrical master planning, sewer and stormwater modeling, construction management, and resident project representative services. Buyer requires expertise in electrical systems, SCADA implementation, and hydraulic modeling to support its water, sewer, and stormwater capital improvement programs. Projects will be managed through buyer's Project Management Information System.

• Experience in electrical engineering design for large industrial facilities
• Familiarity with medium-voltage, low-voltage, and microgrid systems
• Experience with sanitary and stormwater modeling platforms
• Minimum 5-10 years experience for RPR services
• Not currently suspended or debarred from federal procurement programs

• Develop electrical master planning for four major utility facilities
• Conduct electrical system improvement planning for microgrid systems
• Design electrical SCADA systems for power monitoring across facilities
• Perform sewer and stormwater modeling using various software platforms
• Provide construction management services for renewable natural gas facilities
• Conduct resident project representative services for utility projects
• Support utility infrastructure inspection for private development projects
• Perform GPS location data collection for infrastructure during construction
• Prepare project documentation through Project Management Information System
• Coordinate startup, training, and project commissioning services
