The project includes constructing spaces for city administration, council chambers, a public library/market, MAG administration, and potential leasable areas. Buyer will evaluate proposals based on specified criteria and select the most qualified firm. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is mandatory for all prospective proposers.

• Manage construction of multi-purpose civic center in downtown area
• Coordinate development of city administration and council chambers spaces
• Oversee construction of public library/market component
• Develop Mountainlands Association of Governments administration spaces
• Plan and construct potential leasable spaces for future tenants
• Participate in mandatory pre-proposal meeting
• Submit comprehensive proposal addressing evaluation criteria
• Implement construction at 1085 N 280 W location
• Coordinate with stakeholders throughout design and construction process
