Buyer seeks a qualified Design-Build Team for the Pam Iorio Parking Garage Elevator and Associated Modifications project. The work is located at 301 Channelside Drive in Tampa, Florida. Buyer requires professional services to implement elevator upgrades and associated modifications to the parking facility. Proposers will be evaluated based on experience, team qualifications, availability, past performance, and WMBE/SLBE utilization.

• Design and install new elevator systems
• Implement associated parking garage modifications

• Attend pre-submission conference
• Develop detailed project specifications
• Prepare comprehensive design criteria package
• Manage construction team and subcontractors
• Submit electronic PDF proposal under 10MB
• Demonstrate WMBE/SLBE utilization compliance
• Complete Form MBD 10 & 20 for WMBE/SLBE participation
• Incorporate Ban-The-Box compliance into hiring practices
• Submit Standard Form #A305
• Provide confidential financial information in separate PDF
• Prepare comparable project experience documentation
