Buyer seeks professional engineering services including plan review, design, construction engineering, and contract administration. Services will be scheduled on a per project basis for infrastructure including roads, water, sanitary, and storm systems. The contract will be for three years with an option to renew for two additional years. Buyer may select one or more qualified firms to perform these services.
