Buyer seeks construction management and inspection services for the Wastewater Quality Control Facility Sludge Thickener & Dewatering Unit No. 3 Project. The project includes conversion of existing dissolved air flotation thickeners into sludge blend tanks, new rotating drum thickener facility, co-thickening of primary sludge and waste activated sludge, new thickening odor control facility, installation of Centrifuge No. 3, and associated piping. The project shall have Substantial Completion within 900 calendar days and Final Completion within 990 calendar days from Notice to Proceed.

• Provide 100% field coverage for construction observation whenever contractor is working
• Manage RFIs, submittals, and document control throughout construction
• Review contractor's schedule and monitor progress during 900-day construction period
• Coordinate specialized inspections and materials testing for wastewater facility components
• Conduct pre-construction review of plans for conflicts and constructability issues
• Monitor contractor compliance with labor requirements and prevailing wage
• Review and process change orders and progress payments
• Provide SWPPP/WPCP services including inspections and reporting
• Manage conversion of DAF thickeners into sludge blend tanks
• Oversee installation of new rotating drum thickener facility and Centrifuge No. 3
