- Create ADA-compliant building design
- Develop structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems
- Coordinate site design with Borough engineer
- Create detailed construction and specification documents in CSI format
- Prepare budget estimates throughout design process
- Address systems efficiency and environmental impact
- Assist with bidding to prospective prime contractors
- Provide construction administration and site visits
- Facilitate preparation of final record drawings and warranty follow-up
