U.S. Customs and Border Protection

Buyer is seeking a contractor to provide a forensic laboratory information management system (FLIMS) for its Laboratory and Scientific Services (LSS). The system will handle sensitive laboratory data with strict security requirements. The contract includes a base year with nine one-year options through June 30, 2035. This is a firm, fixed-price contract with Not-to-Exceed Travel CLINs.

• Implement forensic laboratory information management system (FLIMS)
• Provide initial setup and configuration of the system
• Train staff on system use and administration
• Support data migration from existing systems
• Develop custom reporting capabilities
• Ensure regulatory compliance and data security
• Establish chain-of-custody tracking procedures
• Integrate with existing laboratory equipment
• Configure user authentication and access controls
• Provide system maintenance and ongoing technical support
