- Current TBPE business entity registration
- Current TBAE Certificate of Registration
- Minimum five years experience designing multifunctional government spaces
- Local presence with ability to be onsite with short notice
- Programming and conceptual design for 170,000 sq ft office building
- Prepare multiple design packages for phased construction approach
- Conduct stakeholder presentations and manage approvals process
- Perform life cycle costing and utility infrastructure design
- Provide interior design and acoustic planning services
- Develop wayfinding signage and graphics solutions
- Design for uninterrupted operations of building occupants
- Coordinate with Construction Manager at Risk delivery process
- Support pre-project planning and construction cost estimating
- Provide construction administration and warranty management services
