Buyer seeks a vendor to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance for their Public Guardian and Public Administrator accounting applications in Government Community Cloud. The system will manage approximately 1,000 active client trust accounts. Buyer has already purchased the required Dynamics 365 Finance GCC licenses. This RFP replaces a previously terminated implementation contract that was discovered to exceed its $200,000 budget.
