Buyer is seeking a qualified firm to manage and operate the in-terminal Advertising Concession Program at the Rogue Valley International-Medford Airport. The selected proposer will develop a comprehensive advertising strategy, create marketing plans, sell advertising space, manage contracts, and provide monthly reporting. Buyer aims to generate non-aeronautical revenue through traditional and digital advertising mediums while enhancing passenger experience. The airport currently services approximately 1 million commercial customers annually and is in the design stage of a terminal expansion project.

- Demonstrated experience with commercial airports
- Develop advertising business strategy for airport terminal
- Create marketing and sales plan targeting local and regional businesses

- Coordinate advertising displays including digital media implementation
- Make recommendations for capital improvements to advertising infrastructure
- Provide technical support for installation and troubleshooting displays
- Manage digital content and programming across display networks
- Develop sponsorship and naming rights opportunities
- Create innovative partnerships with businesses for non-traditional marketing
- Provide monthly sales reporting and revenue analysis
