• Remove existing security systems at South and Central County Jails
• Install new unified modern security systems at both jail facilities
• Replace cameras, enclosures, wiring, intercoms, door controls, and software
• Provide system integration for cameras, door controls, and intercoms
• Ensure systems have redundancy and failover capability
• Implement encrypted data storage and transmission
• Provide 24/7 technical support and service
• Conduct staff training on new security systems
• Develop engineering drawings and obtain necessary permits
• Maintain existing systems until new systems are fully operational
